How I Write – Sort Of Starting a new book, for me, is always a challenge. My process is to plunge in. Write something. A sentence. A paragraph. Another paragraph. Delete them and write something else. I’ve talked to plotters who spend eight months or more outlining/plotting and two months writing the book. That’s ten months.
